Dominic is the main man when it comes to creative thinking and big stage stuff. He has built an enviable reputation as an international speaker and facilitator.
Dominic designs, facilitates and leads compelling learning events for senior executives. His thought leadership and creative approach, founded on a robust academic and practitioner understanding combined with an energetic and engaging style, delights delegates the world over.
Dominic founded Epiphanies at the end of 2001. He has spent the whole of his working life dedicated to developing others. His areas of particular interest are innovation and individual and team performance. He’s published a number of articles and book chapters. Dominic is currently writing a book with Dr John Wilson from the University of Sheffield on performance. In his spare time Dominic is a sponsored ultra distance cyclist and takes part in races across the world.

Nigel Harrison BA(Hons)
Nigel is our expert on customer acquisition and relationship management. Prior to joining us Nigel held a number of senior leadership positions with a recognised global leader in the Financial Services sector. He has successfully worked both as part of, and led, multi-national and multi-cultural teams, managed relationships at the highest levels both directly and indirectly across a very broad spectrum of industries and sat on numerous national and international executive teams.
Nigel’s primary role at Epiphanies is to oversee our client strategy and to ensure that we continue to deliver maximum value to our customers.
Away from work Nigel is a very highly qualified scuba diving instructor, expert skier and all-round sports enthusiast. Years of teaching and coaching in these environments along with his many years in the corporate world, have given him an incredibly level headed approach to solutions.

Stephanie Mawdsley
Stephanie Mawdsley is our secret weapon. Stephanie works behind the scenes at Epiphanies managing the business administration. Her attention to detail is phenomenal and is an example to all.
Stephanie helps ensure we can do what we say we can do and monitors it all to ensure we stay on track. Stephanie joined Dominic in the very early days of the business having spent her career supporting small businesses.
In her spare time Stephanie is a creative genius with needle and thread creating stunning pieces of art. She is also developing a taste for long distance swimming.
